Madha
Madha is a city in the municipal council of Madha, in Solapur district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. Madha is also known for the Madheshawari temple, situated near Mankarna river.
History
Madha is located halfway between the Musandam Peninsula and the rest of Oman. Inside Madha, there is an exclave of the UAE called Nahwa, which is part of the Emirate of Sharjah. In 2014, it was announced that a Madha Museum would be built to house the collection of local historian Mohammed bin Salem al Mad’hani.
